Individual Counselling
Beginning counselling is an investment in your wellbeing. I aim to provide a professional, welcoming and confidential service where you’ll feel supported throughout your counselling journey.
Session Fees
- Free 15-minute telephone consultation
- Individual counselling (50 minutes): £60 per session
- Adults and young people aged 16 and over
Payment
Payment is required before each session unless we’ve agreed otherwise. Payments can be made by bank transfer and details will be provided when your appointment is confirmed.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or appointments not attended, will normally be charged at the full session fee.

Manager Consultations
Confidential consultations to help managers support employee wellbeing, manage difficult conversations and signpost staff appropriately.
£75 per hour
Monthly Wellbeing Retainer
A flexible monthly package providing ongoing wellbeing support for your organisation.
From £250 per month
This can include:
- Priority access to counselling appointments
- Manager consultations
- Wellbeing advice
- Monthly wellbeing check-ins
- Telephone support
A bespoke package can be created to meet the needs of your organisation.
Mental Health Workshops
Interactive workshops covering topics such as:
- Stress management
- Building resilience
- Burnout prevention
- Mental health awareness
- Addiction awareness
- Self-care and wellbeing
From £350 per workshop
Prices may vary depending on group size, location and duration.
Critical Incident Support
Support following traumatic or distressing events within the workplace.
Pricing available on request depending on the nature of the support required.
